I got a call from icici that a free upgrade is available from coral to rubyx card.
i went ahead and got the card, now in statement they have added 3000 as joining fees.
i havent done any transaction using that card till now.
has anyone faced such situation and can it be reversed.
any help will be highly appreciated.

Cancel the card.. and if u pay joining fee, then u will get some vouchers..

I have asked for cancellation. They said it will take 4 days. Lets see if they reverse or not

Do not 'activate' the card. Cancelthe card and also tell that the icici rep over phone said it will be LTF
