Help needed in closing PayU Loan

Hello Dimers,

Need your help in closing a payu loan. I don’t remember from which service it was activated but it goes way back to 2017. It didn’t bother me much before but now I am trying to cleanup my cibil score by closing inactive or unknown accounts. I tried emailing [email protected] but the email bounced back. Tried their corporate phone numbers but no one is picking the call.

Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated.
