*Help Needed* Kotak Spendz Prepaid Account Debit Freeze

Yesterday at 11:10 AM I recieved this smsĀ 

We wish to inform you that the status of your A/c XXXXXXX has been changed from No Freeze to Debit Freeze on 23-02-2024 Kotak Bank

and in mail i received

PATTERN MISMATCH VIS-A-VIS DECLARED PROFILE

I made 4 UPI trnxs of 2000 in this account and in this financial year I have earned around 4871.69 as cashback I am customer of Spendz account since September 2022 and holding 811 savings account since 2021 please tell me guys how to get it unfreezed i tried to contact support agents they are saying need to visit branch but I am not in that city where my branch is please tell me how can I get out of this issue my INR 35066 stucked please helpĀ

You can visit any branch and meet BM in this regard.

It is my bad time I made transaction at Amazon due to some technical issues transaction has been failed and on refund credit day morning my account got debited freeze šŸ¤¦

If txns are genuine and not money rotation to earn CB, then show the statement to the bank and they should unfreeze it.

Since September 22 or last 6 months or 3months???

Bcoz aroundĀ  some transactions from last financial year 22-23 is money rotation when uber and Amazon allows add money

I used this card everywhere bcoz I came across 10lacs IT notice so used this everywhere I thought prepaid whatever I fund will be trackable easily due to this I made all tranx using thisšŸ¤¦

Today I visited my nearest branch in delhiĀ not home branch, RM of that branch said I need to reach home branch for unfreezeĀ but I said I can't then he said so I am mailing your branch asking to forward those mail which your branch received regarding debit block of your Spendz account so whenever they respond me I will contact youĀ and he said you need to close that spendz account and use savings account with 10K MAB soĀ you need to upgrade your 811 account to 10K MAB a/c and buy health policy of 3K i asked is this is mandatory then he replied no, with murmuring voice then 10200 INR account wala a/cĀ hoga so i asked if i want to close my account then ? he said only signature needed

so please guys suggest me should i upgrade my account? if yes then which is the best and offers value as MAB,Ā i can maintain MAB. bus ye debit card ki charges nhi lge kya kruĀ 

but health policy nhi cahiye iske liye twitter walo ko beeach me daal du account unfreeze ke baad? ya abhi twitter ke DM me reply daal du ke health policy ko aur upgrade ko bola ?Ā  please suggest what will be good for me baaki abhi tk to RM polite hi baat kiya hai baaki ka pta nhi
