Help needed vodafone incoming stopped

My auto debit was on all this while for an amount of 24 Rs. every 14 days, I have main balance of around 300 Rs. already however now this facility has stopped. Can someone please guide me as to how do I keep this number active using main balance only?

How to activate auto debit please share, I would prefer auto debit since I have 3000 Rs balance, I don’t want to do another recharge

Recharge 48 Rs plan
Which gives 3 gb data
And now auto debit is 46 Rs I think every 28 days
