I want to close my tata sky connection permanently & get refund....when contacted cc they told for temporary closure as i wont get refund of balance

yes they don't provide refunds, if you want to empty the amount then the only option is to use their services.. what is the pending amount as the highest you can go for one OTT is Netflix 4k plan for 699 per month I guess or subscribe to all channels which I know is wasting your money but that's the max/only option you have..
