Help required - Understanding Jio Postpaid Bill

Hey Guys,
I ported to Jio Postpaid Plus 399 trial plan on 25th March 2023 and added an add on no. on 30th March 2023. I received the bill on the 06th April (see screenshot 1) for which I was charged nothing as I think I was on trial. My trail pack ended on 24th April 2023 and I should have been charged the bill for 25th April to 5th May. However, now when I see my bill it shows current month bill as -264.94 (see screenshot 2).
How can my bill be in negative when I have not made any payment? Why they show the security deposit as -500. I am very confused. Any help will be highly appreciated
