SBI Credit card Annual Milestone-

To achieve annual milestone, I am short of 24000 as per what said by customer care.

My date to achive milestone is 20th July.

On 12th July, I purchased mobile worth 26000.

This amount is still showing in Unbilled transaction & is not yet settled, even tho statement is generated on 15th.

Now the thing is if this amount gets settled, I would achive this milestone
SBI Customer care said that it is upto Merchant (Flipkart) to acknowledge this, then it will go into settled. Once this is settled, milestone will be achieved.

I doubt calling Flipkart would be of any help.

Any dimers here faced similar thing?
Is it really upto Flipkart to settled?
How long do they generally take to settle?

Please suggest if anything can be done...

I have simplyclick card and all txn get settled within 2 days

problem with fk , they are taking too much time in settlement.
if it is 1lakh milestone cleartrip voucher you will get is most probably.
If it is 1lakh fees waiver milestone then most cc companies consider billed amount and this amount will be billed in next statement.
I got this card last week only so not much experince to SBI but told above things according to experince with others.

Yes all my transactions get's settled in 2 days. This Flipkart one didn't.

Flipkart settles transaction on day or one day after delivery these days. Once settled, it's the original transaction date that matters...

yes many times even with fk axis they took 5-6 days to settle.
