Help, Where can I report Flipkart for Fraud.

They are not accepting returns for a product that has a DOA certificate from Asus. Please help me I have tried everything from their Twitter handle to Grievance mail id , they are just wasting my time and I am afraid the 30-day validity of the DOA certificate will expire and I will be left with a Useless laptop, Please help.

if you have purchased with your own credit card you can always raise a dispute . Document everything and raise dispute

tell them to replace it themselves.they can replace from their customer care centre also.

That (response) has no legal standing.
How well documented is your record keeping of the chain of events?
The more the written evidences.. the better.

Have a law firm or lawyer draft an official letter, after engaging them to represent you… or yoursepves draft the letter …with help from friends/ people in the legal field.

Create counterparties in the marketplace, the seller, the brand and also the alleged agency/ partner running the service center.

Send it to these entities, both by e-mail and snail mail (registered A.D., Speedpost).

Seek specific (if needed, pointwise) remedy/ remedies to your grievance/s.
And the communication should also clearly mention the timelines within which they are to achieve the same.

Let thoae letters and ypur prior ‘case history’ form the basis of a (civil suite) case in the consumer protection fora… citing “deficiency in service”, “willful misconduct” (willful negligence), not acting in good faith (intent to commit fraud cannot always be proven, but good faith is subjective).
And thereafter seek a reasonable penalty for the ‘harassment’ caused.
Trauma.

But consumer protection forums work at their own pace. Also the defence counsel and the counterparties have the right and often the resources to make it a long drawn battle.. by appealing the decisions.

So one needs to mentally be prepared. Outcomes may vary and one needs to adapt and strategise accordingly.

They finally accepted the return request, I complained on 2 -3 forum , (Ingram,consumercomplaints.in, twitter) , I got a call from the Flipkart escalation team he filled the return.
