Hi , today I ordered few items from Swiggy Instamart and some items were missing from order..when I contacted the helpdesk for the same, they denied refund of the missing items. Highly disappointed.

As usual, I ordered few items from Swiggy Instamart but when the order came, few items were missing.
I dropped a query on helpdesk and surprised to find that neither the missing items could not be delivered not compensation could be generated.
Highly disappointed by their response. How can we think of ordering anything in future if this kind of scams gonna happen especially in forums like this which are established very well.

Has Swiggy stopped giving refund for quality issues
