Go to Tata sky settings from remote then User settings - sound settings - increase set top volume to max level and change preferred audio for HDMI to PCM instead of Dolby. Restart set top box. Hope it works.

Hi,
So recently, I purchased a Hisense 557AH model. I am using the Tatasky HD setup box. I connected using eArc HDMI Tatasky.
Tatasky sound volume is not working correctly. A few channels' sounds can be controllable but few channels if I reduce the sound on the tata sky remote, the sound is not reduced. I can mute on tata sky remote on all channels, but few channels I am unable to reduce the sound. The tv remote is perfectly working fine.
Any idea, guys?

Thankyou, but it's supposed to be hdmi right.
It's an issue with HD channels mostly. High and uncontrollable volume on hd channels and very low volume in sd channels.
