I did trade here with one dimer
But I don't think that should be the flag here
There were numerous transaction in my account as we have phonepe merchant qr attached to this account and shop payments are credited here of mostly 200-1000
I have seeing this for first time that bank has put hold on my account
In kotak 811 i use it for Bajaj send money offer never had any issue
In kotak there are total 2300 transactions in last 6 months
Account opened on 12/12/2023

I visited branch next day and they told me that you have done numerous transaction and that's why our system has flagged your account
I also got written letter on my address addressing same issue
So manger suggested to write a letter alongwith kyc docs
And after submitting that they removed the hold
Moral is :20-30 transaction is the limit
