Home Minister Amit Shah has tested positive for coronavirus. The Union minister took to Twitter to announce the same.
Home Minister Amit Shah has tested positive for coronavirus. The Union minister took to Twitter to inform about his health and requested all those who have come in contact with him in the last few days to get themselves tested for coronavirus.
Amit Shah said that his health is fine and he is being admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors. Amit Shah has been admitted to the Medanta Hospital in Gurugram.
As per doctors, Amit Shah has comorbidities and, thus, comes under the vulnerable category. His oxygen levels will be monitored from now on.
“On getting initial symptoms of coronavirus, I got the test done and the report came back positive. My health is fine, but I am being admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors. I request that all those who have come in contact with me in the last few days, please isolate yourself and get your inquiry done,” Home Minister Amit Shah said in a tweet.

P.S.: i do watch lots of medico-legal autopsy/ postmortem or normal surgery videos. even watch gore, but that is NOT to get a kick out of it. the reasons are different.
I just feel these politicians are claiming to be tested covid positive to play the sympathy card.
A lot of them from the ruling party claimed to be tested positive here in Karnataka few days ago.
Thinking about it, I somehow feel there is some foulplay by these politicians.. Hope this current testing positive case is not some drama in the backdrop of Ram Mandir foundation stone laying ceremony next week.

I mean..he is 55 years (not even a senior citizen like KA CM & Amitabh with a medical history who got admitted after testing +ve for COVID-19)

HM would go to hospitals after knowing very well there’s no cure with them, but wouldn’t even try ayurveda when there are so many claims by ramdev g . such a shame, our home minister doesn’t trust our own ancient medical system

Union home minister Amit Shah, who was undergoing treatment for coronavirus, on Friday said he has tested negative.
Shah, 55, also said that on the advice of the doctors, he will be in home isolation for the next few days.
“Today, my corona test report has come and it is negative. I thank God and also express my heartfelt gratitude to all those who wished for my recovery and gave strength to my family. I will be in home isolation for a few more days on the advice of doctors,” he tweeted in Hindi.
He also thanked the doctors and paramedical staff of Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon, where he was admitted, for giving him treatment and in helping him fight the coronavirus infection.
On August 2, Shah himself said on Twitter that he had tested positive.
