Horrible Customer Service

Never use Cleartrip for any booking, as there is no guarantee of booking even if you have their confirmed hotel voucher in hand like it happened in my case. I made a booking for Jaisalmer few months back and many days after making full payment and receiving the voucher, they called me to say hotel made a mistake and now this particular hotel is not available and they tried to get away by offering me some totally unknown low level hotel. Till now they haven’t resolved my case.
