I ordered a personalised black mug (1149Rs) and they sent a white mug(749Rs) and the offered me a discount for 20%. The cheated me with 34.8% but offered me less! I asked for a coupon not even a cash refund! I filled a chargeback against them with my bank and anyone who gets cheated should do the same.
