Hotel Booking Suggestion trip to Hyderabad without stress

Hello Diners, I am planning a 3-4 days to Hyderabad around 24th April .can someone suggest some good hotels and also medium to book hassle free stay
Asking this since my last visit to Hyderabad last year was very hectic was with family and hotel (RCC Hotels Pristine - Ameerpet) denied check( in asking more money (booked from mmt ,fortunately I was mmt black member called support and they resolved but the attitude of the hotel owner/reception guy was very rude and I was not in mood to argue more since I visited for hospitalition of my father (day surgery).
This time visiting for trip with wife for small site seeing vacation purpose , plz suggest how to ensure hassle free hotel check ins/medium to book hotel ,Oyo also has similar situations even though they refund money problem is the stress and shifting to new hotel etc it becomes more torture

@playdime i can do 5k per night budget can strech some more if hotel is worth
Hotel dasapalla or kasani grand are decent hotels i tried for family at madhapur. Metro and all other avenues are near by. Remember its IT area and not like ameerpet, which ofcourse is big junction
Public transport big headache there. Autos charge a bomb. Otherwise treebos will be generally good with complimentary breakfast.
