bro, as you are holding this card.. have few queries…pls clarify if possible..
1) It says 3% reward points for all purchases at departmental/grocery stores
2) It says 3.5% value back on tata star outlets
I started using this card from this month only. My first statement yet to be generated.

I’m receiving 3% reward points for offline grocery txns but i havent received 3.5% value back for tata star super market purchases. Can you tell me when do we get this value back?
btw, value back means cashback only ?

Here you go.. let me know if you need more answers. I am using this card for almost 3yrs now.

1) It says 3% reward points for all purchases at departmental/grocery stores
Ans: For grocery stores other than star bazaar you get 3%
2) It says 3.5% value back on tata star outlets
Ans: You get 3.5% worth of points where for every 100rs spent you get 3.5 points and 1point=1rs
3) value back means cashback only?
Ans: No. You get points only. There is no cashback. You can redeem those points for Gift vouchers or at Tata outlets only.
