How can i get hdfc millennia credit card?

I have 2 credit cards from hdfc i.e. paytm select card and tataneu card with shared limit of 2 lakh. How should i try for millennia card? Should i mail them to upgrade or should i apply via any agent?
I am skeptical about upgrade request because i dont have any core credit card. Both are cobranded cards.
How many credit cards hdfc allows to 1 person? Please explain with special reference to core cards & cobranded cards

I've been receiving calls from HDFC's agents offering a lifetime free Millenia CC. I agreed on Monday and the application is still under process. I'll leave you the agent's contact number in your DM.

The same thing happened to me as well. The agent offered me Millenia, but the person on both the verification calls mentioned Moneyback+ which I objected to, and was assured that they'll change it to Millenia. This whole process lasted for a week, and now I received the rejection email in the evening yesterday and guess which card it stated - Moneyback+ 😒
