How do I get SBI Cashback Credit card if I am not in one of their select few cities?

Hey, I am in a tier 3 town. I tried entering my pin code in the online registration form and it rejects it. I have also talked to the SBI credit card related people in my local branch and they can't offer SBI cashback CC yet.
Is there any other way to get this card?
