Do they deliver to independent houses?
or just apartments?
They did society-wise 'door to door' campaign.
My parents did not use the app, but their neighbour ordered stuff to my parent's home.
The milk sachets seemingly come properly isolated, packed in separate polybags.
My folks never bought milk, but had asked the neighbour for help with other tidbits.
The 'pay us N hundred rupees' by loading the wallet, to get X percent extra type offers/bait was given to the society by their vendors who did the door to door marketing.
About hygiene (milk polybag delivery process) and timings, I personslly observed.
There was a time I was less lazy and used to go for pre sunrise walks, jogs.
Many of the milkbasket delivery vans already were at customer doorsteps by 05:30 or so.
I asked the delivery staff, how they know if person does not want the doorbell to be rung
and delivery persons told me that even that option can be selected by the customer. (Leave by the door versus ring the bell and handover. Or even leave with security cabin).
Quality of other items: sorry, I do not know.

From wherever it comes.
If you recollect, few years back RelRetail was even ready to rollout selling meat products via their Reliance Fresh stores.
But then never went ahead, citing there was pushback from shareholders, other stakeholders/ customers.. that it is a company of mainly XYZ sect.. so how can non-veg be sold in our company's stores.
No idea if Reliance Fresh now stocks meat or is still sane and not getting into that mess.
-it is related with jiomart , many jiomart product r available with less prices
-hang a bag on door and wake up to fresh veg+milk
-no mini. order
-also one can pay by wallet like mobikwik/amazon
A week back I thought to order from Milkbasket as they had drop their pamphlets in my building. I signed up and you've to top up before you can order. There's a signup offer, so I got 100 as cashback. You add products to cart and it automatically checkout at midnight and they promise to deliver around 7am.
In my case, On first day I added one product to cart (a rice bag). next morning, I I see it that the order checked out and the refunded. I thought there might be some stock or delivery issue. Next day I added few more products which I needed next day. Next morning, I see that, there's no status of order. No notification, nothing. Not even showing if I ordered anything. I repeat the same thing again. checked the next morning. same thing.
So I contact the customer care on the chat. I asked him if he can tell me what's the issue with my order. and why they are notifying regarding that. else refund the topup I did. he took his time to check. he didn't give me clear answer. he said to get refund for topup I have to deactivate my account. I get frustrated, so I said do it. he initiated the deactivation process (not even delete duh!).
I got an SMS which mention that my account will deactivate after the expiry of membership on 20-05-2023. and any amount left in wallet will credit to my account.
If I go by the words of this SMS, I guess I'll get the money in MAY. I have to clarify with customer support. if that's the case then I'm just gonna chargeback Milkbasket piece of shit.
Giving great offers where they're competing with BB Daily. Use code MB1000 during 1st wallet load to get 250 extra balance and 30% cashback on daily spends upto 50 for 15 days.
Thereafter they give offers on wallet load as well as spends, occasionally.
Packing is better than BB Daily, no doubts on product quality, as they deliver branded items only.
Wallet loading allowed with Amazon wallet and Sodexo also
Using it since lockdown.
Quality is good, support is good, timely delivery is good.
Support is like I order tomato and 3 were not in good shape and I raised the ticket and got refunded for 3 quantities out of total 8-9.
They charge 126 something monthly but accept Sodexo and other payment modes as well.
Price of the items are also good and competitive too.
Having a very good experience with them till now.
Only thing is THEIR APP IS LAGGY.

They have started delivery subscription charges of 175 rs per month, if you don't want to subscribe then 15 rs delivery charge on order less than 400.
