Does other smart bazaar stores also have same checking round thing? Reliance trend/digital/shoes don't have such things and operate normally.

The one nearby opened in January this year, has many products but not as much as big bazaar had. Discount wise, many products have rs 5-10 discount on mrp but a few has heavy discounts.
Ok so far but out of 4 billing counters, only 2 counters open and extremely slow and long waiting time. The guy who billed me actually opened all the products and started matching products one by one against the bill, like WTF?
I had to repeatedly remind him not to throw fragile items like biscuits and glass bottles at the cart bcz I saw they do not replace the broken item (thanks to their own rough handling) after bill is paid and their start of 2nd checking round.
Already slow at scanning and billing and then this with every customer. Then once again the same thing at the exit gate. This was awful, my legs started paining just standing for a long time.
There was a woman security guard who showed too much attitude and picking fights with female customers.
Is this happening in other stores too?
Very very poor management. Wonder how the hiring process went or some one brought in family members.

No such issue here. Big Bazaar was plain superior when it came to quality of groceries especially the quality of fruits and vegetables.
Yes, big bazaar was the first one to bring clean and stone free sugar and rice in my tier 3 city and a lot of colourful stationary and many more in my childhood. It was providing everything that amazon fresh offered to big cities.

last week, i shopped at ABIDS SMART BAZAR , der r fooling a people by saying the cost less on products but der r costing same as on WHILE BILLING and also charged me for extra amount for the product which i have not taken ..... IMMIDIATELY AFTER I RETURN TO HOME .. I CALLED TO COUSTOMER CARE OF SMART BAZAR no action Taken by coustomer srvices .... immidiately after day //when i went to SMART BAZAR for WRONG BILLING NO ONE IS RESPONDING the FLOOR MANAGER IS SAYING I M NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR WRONG BILLING FOR EXTRA CHARGES OF THINGS WHICH I HAVE NOT PURCHACED...I ASKED MANGER TO CHECK ON CAMERS THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE NOT TAKEN HOW CAN U CHARGE AFTER ALL AURGUMENTS MANGER HE SAID I WILL SEE ON CAMER HE ASKED ME TO WAIT ... Smart bazaar in Bangalore mislead customer by putting two sign boards of offer at one place. And many of the offer mentioned on display are not received while it's billed. Billing is too slow and when you receive the bill you will be fed up standing and you won't have the patient to cross check bill to see whether you received all offers and you are correctly billed( which never happens always there will be some error) and you end up paying more.if at ll you notice some error and bring into the staffs notice again. To get refund of what you over payed is again abig task and time consuming. Sometime feels better to go to some local kirana stores

One of the worst experience in Kasaragod city, Kerala. Pathetic service and unhelpful staff when I ask for a product sometimes they don’t mind they just ignore from asking all of them and they say they don’t know where it is kept. Looking onto eachother asking one product took me an hour. And when billing they take too much time to enter details on their computer and for one product that doesn’t get scanned they keep scanning on that same computer other than entering the details manually or scanning from other computer.
Very worst service... only one cashier....
No have plastic bags... we want buy 25 rupees bag separately... unfair...no need come back again..
