I want to purchase a refrigerator from.reliance digital (offline).
Right now magicpin is offering 10% discount on magicpay..
But I am.not sure how magicpay works.
If anyone knows please tell.

Yes magicpay is different it's kind of direct payment to the store with the discount being offered but first ask store if they accept payment via magicpin or not as the amount will be big & will be risky as lot of store deny it.
To use it you just need to go the store and select the specific store and then magicpay option put in the amount & then discount will be applied & you can pay better pay in front of them & after that ask them to check.

Search reliance digital and choose your local/nearby store from the list. Buy several GVs around the cost of the refrigerator you want.
Tell them you will use the gift vouchers for buying, if they agree just hand over the details they'll do the needful.
PS: I don't see any 10% offer on magic pin, only 2-3%, you may be seeing something location specific.
