I got 3 credit card approved
1st was pre-approved millennia credit card 100K limit
2nd Tata neu infinity just applied and approved in first go with shared limit
3rd UPI biz credit card and also approved in first go which shares limit with millennia as well

I hold 5 CC none from HDFC. Every tom dick Harry CC had called me n offered new cards but for HDFC I don't exist. 
They never bothered to call me. PS: I don't have any relationship with HDFC.

Just have Millenia, which is my go to card. Used to have Tata Neu Plus card, but closed it after Tata Neu account was blocked by them. HDFC didn't have many offers for few months, but now back with offers

Yes it works just checked on Flipkart for EMI transaction 1250 discount appling on neu card but UPI biz it showing not supported for this transaction also on Amazon not showing discount on both card
