I believe at that quantum you're better off paying directly in the insurance company's portal since Tata Neu won't let you pay that big a policy. You will get 1.5% - ₹2250 I think. I would still wait for someone else to confirm as I personally haven't tried this.

If its a private insurance company, ask them to split the premium into 2 or 3 parts.. Pay upto 25k on tataneu and balance through other route
