How much you lost during HDF Platinum DC error

So how much reward points you guys lost during this invalid credentials error from Platinum DC? Have you already switched to Millennia DC?
Did you use any alternate method to pay your CC bill this month ?
I’ve three Bank CC so this is how I did this month.
SBI : Due Bill 63K, paid 50K through Jupiter UPI and got 500 Jewels. Still 13K left to pay.
AXIS : Due Bill Rs 2123, had to pay through netbanking so lost around 21 points.
HDFC : Due Bill Rs 1500, paid though Amazon UPI and got Rs50 as Cashback for CC bill payment offer so no loss here.
Since HDFC billpay is backed up today so paid 13K remaining due balance for SBI through Platinum DC.
So not much of loss for me. Please share your experience.

Most of my bill paid in advance. Holding millenia card as well 😇
What other options we do have if one doesn’t hold millennia dc in this situation?
Thanks to this thread, I realised that hdfc billpay via platinum dc is back up .
Also since I always try to pay well in advance, mostly even before cc bill generation. Didn’t effect me anything.
Where are you guys using the Jupiter UPI for paying the CC bills?
Through Amazon pay.
This month 750 gone in drain. And this isn’t 1st time. Occasionally lost couple of hundreds many times as Bill pay gave many issues and was down many times. HDFC is a serial offender.
Looks like they are doing it on purpose?

Yes, you need to load paytm wallet through Mellennia DC which gives 1% cb and then pay CC bill through paytm wallet. @akki.akki

I lost 1% on 20k amex and 30k icici card payment. Paid through cred and just covered about rs. 100 By way of cashback
so the credit card payment through HDFC bill pay would be considered as a utility payment as I suppose 1% cashback for Easyshop platinum debit card is applicable only for spent on Telecom, Utilities.
Can we pay amex cc bill via bill pay as well ?

Pay CC bill through BillPay option in HDFC netbanking or mibile app and you’ll get 1% cb points. It doesn’t work on HDFC credit card, only works on non-HDFC cards, also there is max 750 cb points cap so you can pay 75000 in a month and then same next month etc.
Edit- in Netbanking or Mobile, you have to select your platinum debit card option, cb points are only through DC.
also, does any other bank’s dc gives such offer? or is it limited to hdfc only.
