Subscription yeah, as they say their 70% revenue comes from subscription.
But as an indian, i see one can list for free, one can avail for free ,who the hell is paying for subscription.
Isn't it like olx, free ad posting, customer see add and directly purchases from you, no revenue for olx (ok ads and ad boosters are there).
They call you and try to push you services like painting repairs etc
NoBroker Packers and Movers
and by selling your data
"by selling your data"
I'm user of no broker since longtime & use there services many times haven't seen any spam or felt like my data been sold.
Can you elaborate any instance where you felt like they sold your data
Does direct deal happen through no broker sale of property
They listed my add, and i can see no money is involved like brokerage, or any kind of thing so i wondered how are they earning.
Haven't explored the website fully yet.
If anyone has experience with no broker kindly share.
Tia
They earn by the following as far as I know
1. I you are looking for a property, After you register, they ask you to opt for a premium plan where an agent will be assigned for you (like this bank RM) and he will send you some listings and schedule visits etc. (charge is 3-4 k I think).
2. If you are listing a property, there also they have similar plans. (Think of this matrimonial sites where they earn by assisted matrimony).
3. After you have finalized a deal, they will ask you to book packers and movers through them (only if you are willing, no compulsion) and they gather quotes from various packers and movers and give you the same, I guess they earn a commission from the company.
4. They also do the rental agreement registration through them, they are authorized to do AADHAAR verification and all, they charge a fee there as well
5. Rent payment through them is also makes them gain 2% if I am not wrong (never used their rent payment service).
There could be more avenues as well, these are the ones I am aware of.
Isko chinta bhi ham kare to ye kya karenge..
Mostly it earns from Listed Properties and Subscriptions
