I had initially faced issues in transferring money from fi just after account opening. For Jupiter I faced a lot of issues for opening account since I already had fi account. No other issues. Support is hardly there because tickets take a lot of time to be resolved.

Fi did a double deduction for a smart deposit I started. The account statement showed two debits, the deposit showed only one credit. Didn't resolve it for a full year despite repeatedly asking. At the end, got the full value from the deposit, but the statement is still wrong.
