How ro Terminate Club Mahindra Membership Without Being Charges within 15 days

Hello team ,
I have been misguided by Club Mahindra due to this purchased membership for 3 years. Then I got to know from lots of sources that they fools you in most of the cases due to no proper booking given to customes. Now my hard earned money is stuck. I raised the cancellation requeat within 15 days.But in the clause following clause has been mentioned that I kay Have to pay gst or taxes. Is this something I have to sacrifice arround 30k of taxes ? Since in first I paid down payment and later I don't know why but the sales person asked ro pay full to get 10% discussion. Now I got to know why he asked due to bellow stipulation.
Member may withdraw the CMGZM applicaton by sending a writen request within a
period oi 15 (Fifeen) calendar days irom the date oi realizaton oi the Down Payment by
MHRIL, so as to be enttled ior FULL REFUND oi the Membership Fee paid, except the
Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other taxes that may have been paid by MHRIL in
connecton with the Membership to any statutory authorites.
I have dropped email to their aupoort but no revert except their team is working on it.
Anyone could help me to how to tackle this get the money ?

There is no ecs, I have paid one shot payment.
But some reason I paid full amount for 10% discount but now I regrete this decision as well as membership purchase also
What about rbi/police anyone?
Ecs can be cancelled easily
They can't keep GST. If so Amazon, Flipkart etc would have never refunded GST on returning the goods.

You still are within time if it's less than 14 days. Read contract initiate cancellation and get refund within 90 days
Khatam Tata Goodbye. I have read about this "scam". They deliberately will do timepass for 15 days and then say that free look period is over. That is what I read online in many complaints. Then they will keep debiting annual charges if you have already set up ECS.
