How to access Amazon MiniTV?

I am an iPhone user and until recently, Minitv was not available for iOS but seems it is available now and amazon prompted me to update my amazon India app and in it even after searching “minitv”, I cannot go to a place where I can actually see content. Just that while scrolling amazon app, I found a tile showing some MiniTv ad and I clicked that and it opened like a over lay where I was able to browse MiniTV content. But I cannot find a definite way to always go to MiniTV. Can anyone help?

Also need to know if it will work on iPad too or not?
