I need to buy 30k worth amazon pay GV via AmEx card to pay property tax which does not accept AmEx card directly in their portal. Please suggest a way to buy 30k amazon pay GV using AmEx card.

The municipal corporation in Pune allows online payment via billdesk portal. The portal does not accept AmEx card but has Amazon Pay option via Wallets.
