How much electricity bill come then? Just wanted to know

Depends on usage

Normal fan consumes 70w

If u run a fan 12hrs per day that is 0.5 unit saving per fan per day, so would save 30 units in a month for 2 fans.

300-400 electric bill comes for us for normal fan use. Will not invest 2-3k for fan. Already have old fans

It has 5 speeds and boost mode. Boost mode is noisy. Upto speed 3 you won't feel there is a fan in the room but overall noise and speed are similar to conventional fans. I feel it's air flow is not like conventional fans because it's blades are made of aluminium which are very lightweight. But that doesn't mean it's waste of money. For 2 people in a closed room it's superb.

It doesn't make sense to replace old working fans with bldc as yet.

But if building new homes or if old fans need repair, then it's better to upgrade.

BTW, nowadays even conventional fans are coming with 52W consumption only and price is almost half of bldc.

It's is great in terms of energy consumption when there is electricity cut.

Works very well with inverter and for much longer time

Even in low voltage which is a common problem in summers it works at a full speed and give same amount of air. Conventional fan does not works with same speed when there is a low voltage

Btw off topic, I am curious to know in which cities or area require inverter? Mainly at what frequency and period you face electricity cut?

I think you are not from north India that's why you are so much surprised on electricity cut.

Or you live in a very posh area

I belong to Lucknow and I face electricity cut offen especially in summers because of high load which sometimes ranges from 3 hours to 12 hours.

Imagine living in this scorching heat of North India without inverter

Thanks for enlighting me. I understand even if it is for 1/2 day in a month in summer it's not bearable.
You are right I'm a Zoomer from Ahmedabad who has seen a maximum of 6/7 hrs of power cut every 3-4 months but with one-day prior notice.

Lukcy you. 😄
I am from Uttarakhand and nearly every house who can afford an inverter will have one installed.

Power cuts are random and sometimes can go for 6+ hours a day.

Right now there is no power as I write this from around 1PM. (Its a city and not a village)
Living off the inverter.
