Trying again and again is the only way out.
And relax we all had/will face same situation someday. Be hopeful and try again until you succeed.
Hi Everyone,
I am already working as a Research Analyst in Gurgaon (1.4 Year), this is my 1st job, and there were 15 people in my team, slowly one by one they are resigning for better opportunities, and some for exam prep etc. In my team 8 people are switching jobs to the same company located in Pune. Even I gave the interview, but couldn't clear it. Now I am feeling very low, that my teammates are leaving and I am still stuck here with a low salary.
I need help regarding these 2 problems:
1) This was my first interview for another company, but I couldn't clear because of low confidence, and I am very bad at explaining things since childhood. I was an introvert kid till my school period. I have good knowledge but I couldn't speak with fluency, I can write with good explanations and examples, but during conversation & interview I just forget the proper words or sentences. Please help me guys, how to give an interview with full confidence.
2) My teammates (age : 24-32) were like my family, we all joined as freshers, and became very good friends for each other, but now I am not feeling good that they are leaving, I am losing interest in doing work here now. How to overcome this. :/

This phenomenon is widely seen in most lower middle class students who didn't get any career counselling sessions either in school nor in private, including me.
Struggling and improving is the only way. Sadly it will take extra time.
Don't worry about it too much , confidence will come automatically with more interviews you give, IT is a place where importance is given to knowledge.
Regarding people becoming family and then leavung , be habitual to it in IT because you will switch jobs after every few years and scenarios like this are bound to happen
dont speak/write essay but write/speak in to the point manner
as per exp. stay in company and show ur so attached to this compny infront of TL and Manager. They will hire some new and keep you above them for training and help. Be the baadshah.
How much is your package and are you willing to come to ggn daily?
You are just low on confidence talking to people face to face. There's an app called Paltalk. It's just a chatroom where there are different categories. You can talk on the mic there and engage in conversations with people around the world. In the education section there are a few rooms which are specifically for people who want to improve their speaking skills moderated by native English speakers. No one will judge you there and you can speak on the mic to people who are just like you who want to improve their speaking skills. The admins and moderators will help you improve your speaking skills and if you share your doubts they will attempt to resolve them. It's anonymous so all you have to do is create an username and just talk to strangers. Practice is the only way out and talking to strangers is probably the first step. You will gain confidence as you talk and then you can use that experience to talk with people face to face.
Thanks bro,
But I have an issue with recalling the facts that I have studied/prepared for the interview. In general day to day life I can explain, but during the interview I just can't explain properly.
Give as much Interviews as you can. Practice makes a man perfect.
Don't worry about a single rejection, You are under the FOMO right now. Just stay calm and focus on your current Job/Work.
Each interview will teach you something, that way you will easily recollect the things.
Self-doubt can be your biggest enemy. Try to get rid of that first.
With full confidence clear the job interview. I think its answer.. xd
Your lineage reminds me of how I were before joining college, when you explain, you have to look at the eyes of the seniors, but many can't and falter... things spiral out and go into caves and speech jitters... right?
So, say, there are 3 people whom you have to look at... look straight but mark a "center point" that lies 6 inches to above the tallest person there on the wall, imagine a lizard there and talk to it... you can surely do it now... @kool
