Isn't it funny that in the financial world of this country it's so easy to "open" accounts for anything (can be done through OTP, V-KYC etc.) but all of a sudden when you want to "close" something, you have to jump through hoops and be visiting branches, offices, sending letters to Chennai, etc. etc.
