It is not a credit card, so it comes under consumer loan
thank you.
I have closed the slice card 2 weeks back.. Raise a ticket in the app with relevant options. Customer support will reach u through mail to confirm. While u reply, ask them to send you the NOC letter.. They will close the card and also will send you the NOC LETTER. They will also confirm that the loans are closed in Cibil and we can check after 45 days..
the only reason i got it is swiggy and zomato
Since past few months, slice has changed it’s policies multiple times and those are not in favour of Customers.
1. Decreased total limit of so many customers
2. Rental payment, e-wallet load & utility payments has been capped to maximum 15000 per month
3. 0% intrest EMI for 3 months removed
Made up my mind today to close the card for good. Was planning to give it one more shot and retain it but their terrible service proved once again today.
Was trying to use it for a transaction in jewellery shop today and transaction was getting blocked. When I called the customer care they said that merchant was blocked for reason they are unaware of. Stupid service!!
pointless to even hold this card now. Will redeem what ever little rewards I have and close it for good.
yaa i told in one similar post how they block so many merchants without any reason for small 40-50 transaction also.
do update the process of closing the card i will be closing the card before july end.
Finally got my account closure and credit line closure request approved from Slice team, said it will be done in 4 to 7 working days, post which I shall receive a NOC for credit line closure too.
How much time did it take?
will it not affect credit score if we deactivate the account?
It might when you got very few credit card / loan lines attached to your profile but there's nothing to worry about here, credit scores recover within few months (Say 3)
Is it mentioned as loan or as CC?
