How to complaint against the agent gave wrong benefits information while selling the Credit Crad?

I have applied for Standard Chartered Platinum reward card. The benefits they mentioned did not match the data available on official site. He said this is special card for corporate employees.(10x reward on all spends, B1G1 BMS, LTF without any conditional spend).
I was told You will get detailed benefits list when card activation email is sent.
I have received Card activation email but no benefits are mentioned anywhere.
How can i report the agent for providing wrong information.

They are in cahoots with the bank.
When someone reports they will both just say that's what the other said, they didn't know.
They will both deny they cheated. It goes nowhere.
Just dont activate the card, you will probably get a call from the bank to activate it, make your report then.
They will probably give a little incentive. If you are still not satisfied, just let the card die by not activating it.
Does my civil get affected by not activating the card.
Wait and don't activate it .
Upon receiving call from issuer, mention your concern and they will help accordingly
Selling is always about cheating or fooling the customer but not giving the right valued product for the right amount.
@op hope u have received call from credit card department b4 approval of ur card, and they should have explained all benefits and charges
The KYC officer asked for basic details Pan card and the area pincode and cut the call. May be they also know card is sold by telling lies.
