As per the OnePlus website, HDMI2 port is ARC port, connect the Soundbar with the ARC port and TV, not with the STB.

But the issue is when we connect to the soundbar with TV it will work for only TV OS but it is not supporting setup box OS na

ARC must work for all the connected devices. Have you tried finding and connecting ARC?

Connect Airtel STB to HDMI 1 of your TV

Connect Soundbar to HDMI 2 of your TV (Assuming HDMI 2 has "ARC" printed)

As for your input, does the soundbar work when I see the channels .....any settings need to be done in Airtel STB OS

HDMI port with ARC simply transfer all sound going to come out from TV's own speakers to the audio output device connected via HDMI port with ARC. No connection with STB, any setting need to be done via TV's own OS.

Whatever audio comes out from the TV speakers will be sent to the soundbar via HDMI ARC. HDMI ARC port is like an audio output port just like for example a headphone jack in your TV. So if you can hear audio from STB in your TV, it will passed to soundbar too. Nothing needs to be set in STB.

Sometimes in TV settings ARC might be turned off. If you don't hear any audio in your soundbar, search in your TV settings to turn on ARC.
