Yes, tried but they said currently you don't have any offers.
I have even written an email to the Tata Neu support team and their reply as
"
We wish to inform you that Tata Neu Plus card has been issued as per the variant selected in the Application. Currently we will be not able to upgrade your card to Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card.
"
But I have applied thru Tata Neu that provided only tata Neu plus as an eligible card.

Based on your inputs and current income criteria you were given plus variant option only if there is a change in your income you can send updated documents to customer care and request for upgrade but you need to wait atleast for 6 months to 1 year from the card issue date.
Or wait for the upgrade offer from the bank.

if your current Plus card has limit of more than 1.5 lakh, then drop hdfc an email requesting for upgrade. Your request will be processed in a week.
If your limit is lower than 1.5L, then sadly you have to wait until it reaches above 1.5L or HDFC lowers its criteria.

I think hdfc have temp stopped issuing infinity variant because my brother have other hdfc cc with 2L+ limit, still on neu app only plus variant showing to apply with shared limit. He also completed rewards league hence getting only plus variant as ltf

I closed neu Plus after I got regalia rupay issued. I will apply only if neu infinity is given LTF later unlike FYF as given earlier.
