How to disable this popup?

I am getting this popup on every website while browsing on chrome browser.
Please tell me how to disable this popup permanently?
When I click on setting icon inside popup, it's not allowing me to disable it for all websites.
Only current browsing website gets this popup blocked.

This method stops translation for that particular website only.
I don't want to translate any website.
So what should I do?
Every new browsing website giving this popup.

Three dots on Chrome - Settings - Under Advanced find Languages - Translation settings (uncheck the offer)
