How to downgrade hdfc money-back credit card to Easy Emi Credit Card

My father holding money back credit card with limit of 25k . I want to convert it to Easyemi credit card. Is this possible ? If possible, How to convert ?

I used to have it… its one of the worst cards by HDFC as it auto converts txns above 10k into EMI
