How to earn Bonus Coins on Tata Neu against HDFC Neu Credit card?

Can someone please tell me how do tata neu send bonus coins ?
From last 2 months, I am getting around 500Rs of coins every month and I am not able to figure out what I did.

I have transacted on Croma through Tata Neu app for Rs 21499. But got only 215 Base coins which is 1% on Tata Neu Plus CC. When and where the remaining 4% coins are going to be credited as I was supposed to get 5% coins for transacting on Tata Neu.

Any transactions on tataneu app have 2 types of reward points
Base - this is the base reward rate for transactions (1 or 1.5% depending on card variant)
Bonus - this is the additional reward rate for transacting on tataneu (1% or 3.5% based on card variant). Similarly there's also additional reward rate for groceries so this also comes under bonus .
