How to file TDR if ticket is booked through Amazon

Hello Dimers,
Need a little help from you guys. My friend have booked Train Tickets from Amazon. Now the train is cancelled on scheduled date.
When he is trying to file TDR on IRCTC its showing as "cancellation OR TDR Filing is not permissible as PNR was not booked in IRCTC."
While on amazon, its showing as standard cancellation charges of 3AC.
What should he do?

Why these guys don’t return fees in case of ticket cancellation due to train cancellation

Under TDR filing rules
4. Cancellation of Train:-
In case of cancellation of trains, automatic full refund of fare on confirmed or RAC e-tickets shall be directly credited to the account from which booking transaction took place and filing of TDR shall not be required in such case.
So, you don’t need to do anything!
