My kotak league platinum credit card was approved yesterday, and a card was generated. In the app it is showing as "This feature is currently unavailable for you, for more details visit the nearby branch", on phone call they are not telling card details. Kindly let me know how I can find card details? I have to make an important transaction tomorrow/day after by tomorrow using a credit card. So I need it urgently. Kindly help me.

In net banking it's showing as an application under process, they are not even responding on Twitter.

It will be available on the 3rd or 4th day on the app, if you live near a major city, you will get it delivered by 5th day.
So don't panic until the last of your transaction, because there is nothing to be done.

you have to wait till physical card delivery which happens within 7 days
