As per the Consumer Protection Laws seller has to fulfill a prepaid order and can not cancel it. There are so many judgement by Consumer Courts slapping penalty on e-commerce for cancelling prepaid order booked at a very cheap price.
Tell them that you are going to take legal action in consumer court (Forum)

Why would they give you compensation for order cancelled by them? The most you can get is the refund

they wont give any compensation no matter what you say to them. i even tried taking to senior as well last year when they cancelled fire tv stick order of ₹ 1k.
