As i checked, i found only 2 cards are showing in my app.
Does that mean these 2 cards are pre approved ?

No way to get SBI Cashback card with 100% approval as of now. It's not being offered as pre approved either. The only way would be to apply throuthe website or an agent.( I recommend going through the website and using self referral for extra 1k benefit).
