Long story short - I happen to have a SBI SimplyClick card since long. I tried to get SBI Cashback card through their portal and from 3rd party cashback sites and through email escalation. All went in vain. All I have been told I am not eligible due to some internal policy.
Is there anyone out there who was in the same boat like me but managed to get Cashback card ? If yes, please help me.

-u can have cashback with simplyclick

I was planning to close simply click anyway, after they declined to make it LTF on request, so it worked out that way.
Just have tried:
Are you all either paying Annual fees/ achieving Spending Milestones/LTF🤔
for multiple SBI credit cards ❓

SimplyClick yeah 1L milestone only. I usually order an iPhone in BBD every year so it is easy to complete. Cashback was FYF, but I already completed 2L as I use it for all online transactions by default on any site + some electricity bills via Amazon Pay vouchers.
I have simplyclick and cashback card
I had SimplyClick through my salary account with SBI. Initially I applied for Cashback card and was promptly rejected basis internal policies. Later a local SBI agent contacted me and asked if I had applied for Cashback card. I told him I was rejected and apparently SBI was rejecting applications which already has one pre existing core SBI card. Anyway he came to my office, completed the procedure and I received the card.
I have read on here that SBI often reevaluate rejected applications and later issue the card.
@notion I'd been there in the same situation. Had just taken SBI SimplyCLICK, and not CASHBACK card (tbh, had an idea that it didn't work on Amazon / FK sales, so didn't interest me). However, the 5% CB on anywhere online payment did force me to take this card.
I'd asked my friend to refer me to this card, and luckily, I didn't have to submit any docs, as I'd already been a SBI CC card holder before. If I remember correctly, the application process was on the SBI Sprint portal, and the approval came immediately.
Note that this was around Jan'23. So, not sure if SBI has started rejecting CB cards in this situation or not. Hope this helps!
Kehna nahi chaiye, but they are one of the worst with these processes and policies.
If anyone wants to try with my offer, can pm me.
Yes I sinked the boat with simple click and built one back again
