You need to download month wise statements I think as I am not sure if at all any credit card company provides consolidated FY statement. Best you can hope for is a consolidated txns list statement for which you need to check the txns section & not statement section.

ICICI provides annualised e-stmt for credit card, available through netbanking.

I have seen that option but I assumed it is same as txn list consolidated stmt which can be get from the other section.
