Negotiate with your RM, ask them if they would upgrade to infinia if you make a deposit or move your investments to HDFC. They would usually be amenable if you are HNI. A min. Of 25L worth investments would buy you that card.

U cam upgrade to DCB metal,
Questions -
1. Are you regularly maxing out the 2500 bonus RPs / day and 7500 bonus RPs / month limit on SmartBuy?
2. What is the total amount of vouchers you typically buy via SmartBuy + Gyftr in a year?
3. Is your DCB LTF? If not, what are your annual credit card expenses?
4. Do you dine out on Sat-Sun at a restaurant regularly that doesn't accept Zomato/Dineout and rack up decent expenses?
5. Do you tend to have expenses over 80k / month a few times a year?
6. Have you had any repetitive acceptance issues with DCB especially on some big spends/purchases?
The answers to those questions should tell you if Infinia is really for you or not. Plenty of people commit the blunder of replacing their DCB with Infinia even when their spend patterns clearly reward them more on a DCB than Infinia. It is a bit like being offered a Ferrari and Mercedes. A Ferrari is faster, flashier and typically more expensive than a Mercedes but if you are chauffeur driven then the Mercedes is an absolute no-brainer.
If your limit is more than 8 lacs and decent expense on DB in last 6 months, can mail them and ask for upgrade. If not, then you are left with option of upgrade through your RM and having a good RM is very rare commodity.
I have LTF DCB and getting an upgrade to FYF Infinia. Asked for LTF and was declined, so am sticking with my DCB
