Original windows perform worst due to regular update. I have seen many PC requiring windows re installation due to updates.
Better download ISO from MSDN, activate with kms, disable all updates with Ultimate Windows Tweaker.

Cheap windows and ms ofc keys…?? I know some chinese/japan hacker forums websites they usually copy bunch of keys there @ free and sell it to you.

Second post covers everything in details. I just want to add my experience in the matter. In 2016 I purchased Win 10 Pro key from a the-then popular website called reapershop. I was told they sell MSDN keys, which are obtained and sold by unfair means and may stop working any time. I still went ahead as paying MRP for Windows 10 was out of the question (if it were Windows 7 I would have gladly paid it though). It was only 750 rupees, the key is a Retail one and it’s still working and I believe it’s embedded to UEFI BIOS as well, because after a fresh installation it activates automatically. Not sure what will happen when I upgrade system though.

Nutshell: Just wait till Windows 11 release. See what MS comes up with especially in terms of pricing.
PS: It’s obvious but I forgot to mention that the Windows 10 ISO is free to download from official MS website via a tool called Media Creation.
Bonus tip- If you want to download Windows ISOs you can use the web utility.

Those are volume licenses, usually stolen from enterprises/educational institutes or bought using compromised credit cards.
Better stay away from those.
And I don’t know why you want to buy Windows 10 and go with all the hassles of upgrading to Windows 11, and we even don’t know whether Microsoft going to give free update to Windows 11 from Windows 10 or not.
Recommendation 1: Windows 10 can run in trial mode for infinite amount of time without any issue, Microsoft does not say this but for personal use Windows 10 is kinda free now.
Just, you’ll not be able to change wallpaper and an annoying activate windows text will appear in bottom left corner of skin.
Recommendation 2: If originality is your concern, the only way to get an original retail copy of Windows 10 is to buy it from Microsoft website.
Recommendation 3: If originality is not your concern, use KMS tricking software program to bypass windows activation. If you’re not comfortable running a shady windows activating software on your PC you can run a KMS server on your android mobile(which does not require any permissions, so safe) to activate your windows. And by activating either of the way of recommendation 3 you’ll not face any troubles in day to day use/windows updates.
PS: Don’t buy Windows 10, Microsoft going to stop support for Windows 10 in 4-5 years, and it’s official.
Buy Windows 11, if you really want to buy from Microsoft, just after 4 days. (Release date-24th June).
Windows 11’s visual aesthetics are far better and performance wise also it’s a huge improvement.
