all pumps don't accept hp pay, I went to 3 pumps 2 of them rejected and I can't see any HP Pay QR at that pumps, on third, attendant rejected that they don't accept HP Pay, but I saw HP QR and proceeded with filling and asked him to call someone else, meanwhile I paid via app, the other person came and accepted payment

Feels strange to see they keep Phonepe and other QR codes. Happily take card swipes. Yet remove/have no HP Pay QR codes on many HP Pumps.
High chances that either money via HPPay takes time to come to them or some other issue which they try to avoid.

Uninstall app and install again. This fixed for me.

they all have a idcard tag with that petrol pump id.... u just have to scan the qrcode on the tag with hp pay app.
