@Best_Deal_Hunter - incomplete info to advise.. which year ITR you want to file in 7 days??
Advance tax is now through income tax portal .. go to pay tax and do the need full... You have missed the advance tax due date... You need to pay in 4 installment and 4th installment was due by 15th Mar ... But better late .. you can still pay before 31st March after that it's only self assessment tax for AY 2024-25

No you can't.
IT department will issue forms first for AY2024-25. Then only you can file return.
For advance tax, login at it website and pay there.
