How to prevent screen lock in Windows Laptop (WFH)

Recently I got "work from home" for 9.5hrs. And my windows screen gets locked after 5 min in idle mode. So how to prevent it ?
Admin has locked most of the features of my laptop, even though I can't set a screensaver. So kindly help me.
Buy a wireless mouse.. and keep it in your pocket when in home.. if you are going outside.. hang mouse infront of table fan
You could check with the same System Administrator, as t how to disable the timeout.
Is 'screen lock' the same thing as the operating system's inactivity timer and screensaver lock?
If the company/sysAdmin allows installation of softwares like VLC player or similar, then you can try the following.
■ Works in VLC (and might work in other media players too).
■ Open any light (less sized) GIF or video file in the media player and let it 'play' in loop. (Can create/download a video without audio or use GIF animation).
Move the media player window to a corner or almost out of view from the visible screen space. (Stretch to reduce the window size to smaller dimensions).

Best is to run a python script which will move your mouse at random intervals and automatically write some gibberish randomly.
Running custom scripts and any software will not be allowed by admins..

It's a hot topic & there are ton of methods people using to do it. Just search "mouse jiggler" on YouTube.
The easiest ones I see are using a hand watch or a wine glass.
Easiest and cheapest way I follow since fresher days of my career a decade back. Open notepad Put watch/some weight object on the spacebar .
Does not require anything else like permissions/apps/scripts

I used to keep a weight on the spacebar with notepad open.
Later just asked one of the it employee and he disabled screen off on my laptop.
Same case was with me, had to be on active mode for 9 hours. Even 5 min of inactivity makes the system lock and my time started to went under idle (inactive) mode. So i tried below things.
- Weight (power bank) on space bar, but it didn't work out, the tracking software was too brilliant that it detected it as idle time means not productive.
Result - didn't work out
- tried playing a video on remote screen (open an rdp session) , same thing happened.
Result - didn't work out
- tried calling on teams(schedule a fake meeting), to my team mate, blank call just to make system up. This way again it failed.
Result - didn't work out
- tried playing trainings.
Result - didn't work out
So here i understand that the software need mouse activity, means something needs to be done continuosly on system.
- So, i purchased a wireless mouse, initially it was ok for short breaks like tea coffee. But for long breaks and in case i have to go out , it needs something extra

Suggestion given by my team mate - he get the car motor (toy car motor) and wrap a small peice of paper on it, turned the mouse upside down (normal mouse , mean wired) and start the motor, as the paper (sticked on motor head) rotates, the light of mouse and movement of mouse starts. (I know it is difficult to imagine what m trying to explain), similar thing people do using drill machine.
Since, my laptop doesn't allow me to install/download any app, i left with these options only.
In the market there are other products as well like vibrator, just put a mouse on it and it might work.
Finally - i quit that shit company 
Change settings in Power Option in Control Panel
about when to put in turn screen off and when it goes to sleep (with/out plugged in)
Max is 3 hrs I think ,I set mine to 30mins
Go to edit Power plan and change time out settings there. Other option is get power toys from store it has feature to keep awake

But the question is if you're working then why you are idle 
?
Best is attached the mouse with fan, keep it slow rotating mode.
I usually play 2-3 hour songs on YouTube and the screen always stays. But the max is 2-3 hours only. Then you have to login and play a YouTube video :p

simply use "keep awake ( display | system )" chrome extension.
If you have any old mouse which is not working properly you can use that, cursor moves on automatically, i used to have one, now gone.
Write a VB script/macro in excel to click the mouse every 30 seconds and keep the excel open when you are away

Download powertoys by Microsoft from Windows Store and change power settings to keep the screen awake
I downloaded a simple vb script file from internet that just mimics pressing of Num Lock key every 30 Seconds or so. This prevents the screen saver from activating. I am all in for company enforcing locking windows screen but saala susu karne jaao aur wapis aao to screen lock ho jaata hai, yeh kya baat Hui.
Just write a power shell program to have a key press every 4 min. Admins don't stop powershell from office laptops. If you don't know, buzz me tomorrow. I will give what I wrote.
When going for long break, open notepad, put something on the spacebar.
Your cursor keeps writing something in notepad and screen will not get locked.
